Play Therapy
"It is in playing and only in playing that the individual child or adult is able to be creative and to use the whole personality." - D.W. Winnicott

Play therapy and sandtray therapy are developmentally appropriate approaches for children to express emotions, process experiences, and develop coping skills in a safe, supportive environment. Through play, which is a child's natural form of communication, they can explore feelings, resolve conflicts, and build emotional resilience.
Play therapy can help to treat those children struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, or social difficulties.

Please reach out with any questions if you feel that play therapy might be able to help your child.
